Online Registration (2015)

Use this form to apply for Band Membership of the MWPBA.

Membership in the Midwest Pipe Band Association or other recognized pipe band association is required to participate in all MWPBA competitions.

Bands registered for 2015 in other pipe band associations do not need to also register with the MWPBA.

Membership Fee is $200 if paid by January 31, 2015 and $250 after January 31, 2015.

A Competition Roster for your band must be submitted by March 31, 2015.

Use this form to apply for Individual Membership of the MWPBA.

Current Individual membership in the MWPBA (or another recognized pipe band association) is required to participate in MWPBA sanctioned Solo Piping and Drumming events as a competitor or adjudicator.

Individual members of other pipe band associations registered for 2015 do not need to also register with the MWPBA.

Membership Fee is $25 if paid by March 31, 2015 and $30 after March 31, 2015.  Additional Membership fees for immediate Family Members is $10 person (includes spouse, parent/guardian, minor child, minor siblings).

Use this form to submit the Band competition roster, and to make changes.  (A separate free mwpba.org user account registration is required for each band, which you will be guided to create yourself.  If you are maintaining rosters for different bands, or different grades, use a separate userid for each.)

You may easily manage the roster entries online, or upload a prepared file.

Rosters are due March 31, 2015. A $100 late fee will be assessed for rosters received aftter March 31, 2015. (Bands newly registering after this date are excepted).

Note: a player's membership in a pipe band does not convey Individual Membership to compete in solo competitions.

Use this form to register as a Registered Instructor for a band in the MWPBA.

You may be a registered instructor for only one (1) band in grade 3, 4, or 5; and cannot be an instructor for a band in the same grade as the band in which you are a regular registered member.

The position of Registered Instructor cannot be changed during one season.

Registered Instructor registration must be submitted by March 31, 2015.  (Bands newly registering after this date are excepted.)
