A memorial service for George Hillocks, Jr will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 2:00 at the Bond Chapel on the University of Chicago campus. It will be immediately followed by a reception in the third floor theater at Ida Noyes Hall at 1212 E. 59th Street. The reception will end at 7:00.
George Hillocks, Jr. was a professor at the University of Chicago and had in the past been Pipe Major of the Invermich and University of Chicago pipe bands.
