The 7th annual Balmoral Classic, the US Junior Solo Bagpiping and Solo Snare Drumming Championships are scheduled for November 7-9, 2013 in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a wonderful opportunity for Grade 1, 2, and 3 successful competitive pipers and drummers who are US residents and 18 years of age or under as of November 9, 2013. The deadline for competitor applications is getting close – all applications are due by midnight on October 5!
