The Chicago Highlanders will be fielding a very competitive Grade IV band in 2012. There is room for more Grade IV pipers to fill out our ranks. The band had a very successful 2011 season, finishing 2nd overall in the Grade IV division of the MWPBA. We also hope to field another Grade V band in 2012, and need Grade V drummers and pipers to make this happen. The 2nd place overall finish that our brand new Grade V band achieved in 2011 was a great experience for all involved! Practices are held Thursday evenings in Palatine, with instruction from Adrian Melvin, Jim Sim and Jamie Stewart.
