Massed Bands – The Midwest Pipe Band Association

The Alliance of North American Pipe Band Associations (ANAPBA) has adopted new massed band scores for all drummers.

These new drum scores will be used at ALL MWPBA massed band events going forward.

All bands need to be able to participate in Massed Bands performances, which includes the ability to play the tunes listed here.

The MWPBA realizes that not all bands may have a Drum Major, and therefore may not be familiar with massed band voice and mace commands. This short and simple MWPBA Massed Band Commands 101 summary will help, which contains a brief overview of the standard commands at MWPBA events.
