The MWPBA 2012 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday November 10th at 1:00pm at the Scottish Home in North Riverside, IL.
For the first time, we plan to stream audio and video of the meeting via ustream for those people out of town. We would still like to encourage everyone to attend in person if at all possible.
Ustream viewing is a free service, which shows occasional ads. You can simply watch the video below, which will automatically activate when streaming begins; just hit the play button. You can also view the video on your mobile device using the ustream app, a free download from your local app store.
Live chat will be available so that everybody can participate in the discussions, which will be relayed to the meeting room. Chat can be anonymous, but it is preferred that users create a ustream account so that we can attribute the comments to the correct person.
Official band representatives will be able to vote via private chat to user mwpba. For a vote to be accepted, the user must be logged in to a ustream account.
