2023 ScotFest Schedules

The last sanctioned contest of the MWPBA season is about to take place at ScotFest in Broken Arrow, OK on September 16, 2023.

In addition to the solo contests, this is also the American Grade 5 National Pipe Band Championship!

All competitors (solo/band) are reminded to use the Participant's Entrance to gain access to the grounds. This is located next to the Participant's Parking Area.

2023 Wisconsin Highland Games Results

Thanks to everyone who attended/competed at the Wisconsin Highland Games in Waukesha over Labor Day weekend!

The official results of the band and solo contests are now available (band, solos).

The Sandford & Marion Todd Best Band Trophy went to the City of Chicago Pipe Band.

The MacCrimmon Quaich for the best Amateur Piobaireachd piper was awarded to Thomas McCollum by the Clan MacLeod

Grade 1 Piper of the Day was also Thomas McCollum

Grade 2 Piper of the Day was Steven Myers

Grade 3 Piper of the Day was Joshua Steffen

All are MWPBA soloists.

The Wisconsin Highland Games are taking place on Saturday, September 2 at the Waukesha Expo Center at 1000 Northview Rd., Waukesha, WI.

Wisconsin Games playing requirement correction for Grade 2 and Grade 3 bands

There was an error in the MWPBA list of band contests for the 2023 Wisconsin Highland Games at Waukesha for band grades 2 and 3. This has now been corrected.

The playing requirements on the contest entry form was correct, and remains

Grade 2 - Medley
Grade 3 - MSR
Grade 4 - Medley
Grade 5 - QMM
